Private classes
One on one sessions are highly beneficial when we are working on building our home practice, when we are in recovery and need modifications, or whenever we have specific questions about how to improve our Yoga practice.
Most of my private clients wish to understand the exact alignment and method of motion, breath and stillness in their physical practice.
We also discover the technique of regular meditation and other elements of Yoga.
Group sessions are usually utilized best by professional athletic teams for the physical aspects of Yoga
such as stretching and flexibility, therefore: prevention of injury.
In other scenarios work-teams of highly stressful environments such as first responders or health care workers often hire me.
Our sessions in these cases focus on the meditation and mindfulness elements of Yoga as well as what their bodies need.
My classes are tailored to the needs of the client(s), and I meet them on the level they are at.
Yoga practice is for everyone.
